Terms of Service

By using Jordon AI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Jordon AI provides an AI-powered customer communication platform that enables businesses to deploy AI agents across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, website chat, and phone calls.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One organization per account. Multiple team members can be invited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your AI agents as human.
Violate WhatsApp, Facebook, or any third-party platform's terms of service.
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform.
Resell the Service without written authorization.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your data, including knowledge base documents, conversation history, and contact information. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

5. AI-Generated Responses

AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your agent's behavior. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Facebook, WhatsApp, Twilio), you agree to comply with their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party services.

7. Billing

Free tier is available with usage limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in INR.
Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges.
You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
