Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with your AI agents.
Conversation data: Messages between your customers and your AI agents across all channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, website chat, phone).
Knowledge base documents: Files you upload to train your AI agents.
Third-party account data: When you connect Facebook, WhatsApp, or other services, we receive access tokens and account identifiers as authorized by you.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Jordon AI platform.
To process and respond to customer messages through your AI agents.
To generate embeddings and search your knowledge base for relevant answers.
To send you service-related communications.
To monitor usage for billing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Sarvam) to generate responses — only the conversation context needed.
Channel providers (Meta/WhatsApp, Facebook, Twilio) to deliver messages on your behalf.
Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Hetzner) for hosting and database services.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. API keys and tokens are stored securely and never exposed to the client.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Export your conversation and contact data.
Disconnect third-party accounts at any time.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
